Hi Sisters!
Hello there, it's Sonia Kahlon, and I'm absolutely thrilled to introduce you to something truly special – a podcast that's very close to my heart. Have you ever had that moment when you wake up with a hangover and make that promise to yourself, "I'm never doing this again"? We've all been there, right? But what happens when you actually follow through with that promise? My sister-in-law Kathleen Killen and I can tell you because we did it! We went from being sisters-in-law to becoming Sisters in Sobriety.
In our podcast, "Sisters In Sobriety," Kathleen and I warmly invite you into our world as we navigate the highs and lows of sobriety, delve into personal stories of growth, and share our journey toward recovery and wellness through self-care and self-love. Get ready for candid, unfiltered conversations about sobriety, addiction, and everything in between. Our episodes will touch on essential topics such as achieving emotional sobriety, the pivotal decision to embrace sobriety, adopting an alcohol-free lifestyle, creating a more mindful way of living, navigating social situations without alcohol, and so much more.
Who Is This Podcast For?
Whether you're someone who's sober-curious, seeking inspiration and self-care through sobriety, or already wholeheartedly embracing the alcohol-free lifestyle, we encourage you to tune in every week for a generous dose of vulnerability, mutual support, and some much-needed comic relief. Together, let's celebrate the incredible transformative power of sisterhood in our journey towards alcohol recovery!

You Know Me!
As for myself, I'm Sonia Kahlon, a recovery coach who's battled addiction in the past. I grappled with high-functioning alcohol use disorder for a significant portion of my life before achieving sobriety in 2017. Today, I'm the founder of EverBlume, a digital platform that offers a unique approach to alcohol recovery support for women. Over the past years, I've openly shared my story on various sobriety platforms and have engaged in discussions about embracing sober curiosity, and the importance of a strong sober community. EverBlume officially launched in February 2023 and received recognition in Recovery Today Magazine, and it was hailed as an 'essential sobriety resource' by the FemTech Insider.
EverBlume Support
EverBlume's core mission is centered around self-improvement and mindful sobriety, with support groups that are thoughtfully designed by and for women who are grappling with alcohol-related challenges. Wondering how EverBlume can assist you in finding your sober community? We do it by providing deeply personalized support. Our members are thoughtfully matched based on their profiles and life experiences, and they actively participate in small group sessions, with each group having a maximum of 12 individuals. Within your support group, you'll meet kindred spirits, share your experiences, and build confidence, knowing that you have a network of peers to rely on during challenging moments.
Regardless of whether you identify as a binge drinker, someone who developed a habit during the Covid-19 pandemic, a high-functioning alcoholic, sober curious, a gray area drinking, or an anxious person who has used alcohol for self-soothing, we have a dedicated support group tailored to your needs! Current EverBlume members have raved about our unique approach to alcohol recovery, with testimonials like, "No one is judging me for not being sure I want to be sober for the rest of my life," and "I felt so heard and understood, and today I woke up feeling empowered to make the change in my life."
